All artwork, designs, art prints, ACEO cards, and images displayed on this website are the sole property of HarrietsImagination and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.

The purchase of a physical print or card does not transfer copyright to the buyer.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute my artwork in any form without express written permission from the artist.

3. Accuracy of Art & Products

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and phone screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical product.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
As a Sole Trader not currently registered for VAT, the price you see is the total price for the item (excluding shipping).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect unauthorized or illegal activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs for international orders or postal strikes.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
